Перфорированные и неперфорированные кабельные лотки изготавливаются из оцинкованных листов толщиной от 0,7 до 1 мм, а также из нержавеющей стали, толщиной до 1 мм. Обычно, кабельный лоток имеет строго определенные размеры, но неперфорированные лотки можно изготовить и по размерам заказчика. Koks company was incorporated in 1992. It specializes in design and manufacture of metal structures for construction. Since 1993 the company has been manufacturing zinced trays for cable installation according to DIN norms (German standard). The way of fastening of the cover panel to the tray and the tray profile are patented. Since 2004 we design, manufacture and sell equipment for electrotechnical cable trays. This production is not subject to obligatory certification of GOST R System of Certification, and its certification in the System is not required.

Description of manufacturing plant:
The company leases production areas (1,200 m2) in Moscow and Moscow Region (Zheleznodorozhny). The tray construction technology is shown in the film made in 2004. You can watch it on our website: http://www.lotki.rus-net.ru. The product line includes: zinced trays PNK, 50 – 600 mm wide, angle and ceiling brackets, bends, and accessories. We have three roll-forming machines with total capacity of 24 km trays per day and 6 bending machines with total capacity of 6 km per day. With the bending machines we can manufacture trays of all sizes. In 2004, a special business management program on the basis of 1C 8.0 was developed for our company. Today, we use program 1C "Small Company Management" that allows 6 managers and a production manager to manage the production process online.
